Thank you Kristina God for this tag to your story

I am not familiar with the scientific aspects behind what you are talking about, but I can confirm from my own experience that what you are saying certainly has a basis of truth.

At least for what concerns me.

I have three children and my transformation, my upgrade, let's say, from a simple human being 1.0 to a dad 2.0 has involved a profound revolution, not only psychological but also physiological in some way.

Something changes inside, it is undeniable, sometimes anxieties have the better of logic and rationality and every action that until yesterday you did without even thinking about it, such as for example simply take a plane to travel for work, can quickly and easily transform until you get real panic attacks ... as if the whole world depended on you, at least his world ... that of your son. As I said irrational and with no logic fundaments, only primordial feelings.

It is like if the very moment you become a parent, the unconscious awareness that the life of another human being depends on you profoundly and irreversibly transforms you.

Personally, I cannot understand how it is possible that these feelings are absent in certain fathers, what I do know is that, at least for what concerns me, the primordial instinct that guides our lives as parents very often takes over.
